Il circuito mondiale del tennis ATP torna a Palermo, con la terza edizione 2011 del Sicilia Classic.

Si comincia l'1 ottobre presso gli storici campi della Favorita di Palermo che già ospitarono i celebri campionati Internazionali di Sicilia.

Il Sicilia Classic Tennis Challenger ha già portato a Palermo nella precedente edizione campioni del calibro dell'azzuro Filippo Volandri, l'ex numero uno del mondo Thomas Muster, e il giovane talento Kuztnetsov. Con la nuova edizione, in programma da giovedì 1 a venerdì 9 ottobre, la città di Palermo torna a respirare l'aria del grande tennis internazionale, grazie anche all'aumento del montepremi.
